We are a group of project management professionals based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We provide project planning, monitoring, control and mitigation for projects of any magnitude in the private or public sector.

Aside from assisting contractors in preparing work programs for contractual submission or bidding, we also extend our service to clients such as superintending officers, end-users, and developers in deriving a financially holistic plan and technically logical plan to ensure deliverables and values are in place.

We also provide project management consulting services for clients with no technical personnel to undertake supervision and control works, and for relatively new projects.

Lastly, we train engineers and construction industry individuals as professional project planners.

Our services focus on construction planning, cash flow planning, contractual administration, physical work sequence, mitigation plans, risk analyses and several other technical submissions. These are our technical planning services.

We also provide reviews on performance for vendors and subcontractors for developers.

Contract management is another forte in which we excelled where we interpret dossiers which are integrated into the contract document for profit maximization. This is part of our tactical planning services.

We are currently assisting multiple contractors, consultants and developers pertaining to construction planning and work programs, claims, contractual disputes as well as cash flow for banks and/or various credit facility organisations.
